“I am breaking those shackles and chains right now. I am breaking the loneliness. I’m breaking those chains and the oppression that has caused My people to stand back and say which way should they go. I say to you that I am the Lord, your God and I am leading you and I am causing you to go forward. Do not stand in the Rest of Fear. Stand in the Rest of My Victory, says the Lord. For I am calling you out and I am saying, now is the hour. So go forward and know that I am breaking every chain. I am taking off of you every thing that is holding you back. I am taking off the shackles and I am saying, the enemy cannot take you any longer. I am saying, Be Free! Be Free! Be Free!, says the Lord.”
